Ahmad has a wealth of experience operating businesses within the hospitality and tech sectors. Hasi comes from a corporate engineering background and has been in the security space for the past 5 years. Hasi’s passion for problem solving allows ASG to constantly develop new training modules and ensure that we are always striving to provide the best security service in Aotearoa.

Shannon leads our operations team, where he closely works with the operation managers to ensure we are meeting our clients expectations. Shannon has over 20 years of management and operations experience particular to the security industry both in NZ and Australia.

Nikki leads our operations team in Auckland, where he closely works with our guards. Nikki leads our training modules and ensures that all guards are meeting ASG protocols and standards. Nikki has over 5 years of management and operations experience particular to the security industry; ex-head of hospitality for P4G.

Leann is our lovely admin lady that will welcome you at our head office or answer any inbound calls. Leann assists our team by preparing, organising and storing all client information both digitally and in paper format.

Sagun is an experienced building manager and liaises with our clients to assist with their security requirements when it comes to commercial and residential buildings. Sagun has a passion for assisting people and problem solving which he has transitioned to his current security career.

Nick has spent over 15 years in the finance and M&A sectors, working with ANZ Bank, HSBC more recently ten years with Northington Partners. Nick has led some of the major M&A transactions undertaken by a number of New Zealand corporates and private companies. Nick is a qualified chair under the Faraday business advisory business and advises Absolute Security Group on growth strategies.
